I made these portrait photographs of my mother recently while visiting her at her home for a month. Two of them show her on her daily walk around the yard surrounding her house. Another shows her gazing at the fruitcake that I made for her as a Christmas present. The next shows her working on a newspaper puzzle and two formally posed pictures display her with her great grandmother’s sewing box in her lap.
