el jr aka Santos
A young Mayate in DC, I can't say how young, maybe thirty, whose pictures I've been collecting from different sites over the last few years. His body reminded me of another poster from more years back and I mistook him for the other. Last week he posted a picture of his face and then I found his other profile of mostly face and torso pictures. All very satisfying. So these are some of the better ones. (Judging by his Likes and posted pictures, he is bisexual and enjoys threesomes.) He's got a fit body, a large cock, a handsome face and a very beautiful natural hair pattern on his entire body. He might look even more beautiful if he let his beard grow out. In any case: Santos.

the misidentified photo
Mario Montez & Irving Rosenthal by Jack Smith circa 1962, inscribed by Jack on verso: to Ira and Rosiland with Love. Recently sold with Irving wrongly identified as Piero Heliczer (not that being mistaken for Piero is dishonorable; they were all friends, Mario, Ira, Rosalind, Jack, Irving & Piero.) I had been looking for a good scan of this particular photograph for the last five years or more, only to find it yesterday but misidentified. Anyone who knew what the two poets, Piero & Irving, actually looked like would never mistake one for the other, but that is how such things are handled in the art market,: ignorantly but without conscious ill intent.
GW Pabst at One Hundred Thirty Five
For the 135th anniversary of GW Pabst's birth, here are some frames from two of his more memorable films: Pandora's Box (1929, from Wedekind's Lulu plays) with Louise Brooks as Lulu, and L'atlantide (1932, from Benoit's novel) with Brigitte Helm as Antinéa. Earth Spirits both.

Michael Watson LIVE
We had a special life drawing session yesterday LIVE from Buena Vista Park thanks to Bob Burnside and his friend Michael Watson, who posed for us. I believe this was Michael's first time posing for artists, and he did a remarkable job. He is also very beautiful; so many thanks to Thomasina DeMaio, Bob Burnside and Michael Watson, and to all the artists who took part.

More of Romeo Jay Jacinto
Another life drawing session with the lovely Romeo Jay Jacinto posing for artsaveslives on Zoom. Today three sheets of pencil sketches of six 4 minute poses and two watercolor & pencil of hour long poses, all 12 X 9 inches. Thanks to Thomasina DeMaio, Tom Schmidt and Romeo. In the first drawing, at the top of the page, Romeo looks like my old wrestling partner, JP Cobb.
