Bobby Pacheco & Butch Wallace by Mel Roberts

The photos of Bobby Pacheco were shot around 1965
and those of Butch Wallace some five years later.
I posted many of these pictures of Butch in an earlier
post, but discovered some today (while specifically
looking for the ones of Mr Pacheco)
that I hadn't seen before and better examples of those
I previously posted. I also felt that
 these beautiful young men
complimented each other, in a sense,
harmonizing with each other, and showing
 Mel Roberts' talent
for finding young men who were not conventionally
 beautiful, but strikingly handsome and
relaxed in their self presentation. They are models,
as far as I know, that only he
was perceptive and attentive enough to employ.

José Garcia con Sombrero

José fotografiado por Robert Mizer en uno de sus hermosos escenarios de montaña falsos, con botas de vaquero negras y un sombrero negro a juego y nada más. Magnífico.

Aaron Cobbett, Quilts & Photos

Looking at some photos by Cobbett this morning,
searching the internet for an old cherished image,
I found some work of his I wasn't yet aware of.
Believed I kept up with his doings, but some of
these new ones are already five years old.
I'm also tossing in a few old favorites that
I haven't yet posted, some of which
I still wish I had better versions,
uncropt and without watermark
or logo.

Specifically, I wish I had better versions
of these four photos of his most beautiful model, Eli.
Of the couple of times Aaron and I exchanged messages,
 on the internet, the longest
probably regarded these pictures.
Aaron told me he designed and sewed
the Wrestling Singlet Eli is sporting.
The complete photo better displays
the young man's ample crotch.

These more flashy pictures are from his collaborations with Slick It Up and were intended and functioned very well as advertising.  The last one down is of course the darkly handsome Chase Hostler, a kind muse to both designer and photographer for a few years a few years ago. Below is the same riveting model given a heavy shading of mascara and eyeliner to make his dark eyes even darker.

Lastly, here are a few shots of the gorgeous young entrepreneur
I accidentally sneezed on a few years ago while crossing the Atlantic,
 Mr Matthew Camp.
