4 Coupled Figures on Klimt Postcards circa 1987
Recently sold at auction
For 36% below their estimated value.
No idea what estimated value was.
But happy to know they're worth
Just enough to sell.
Couples fucking.
Painted rapidly.
One shot style.
Not in the style of Klimt
But an attempt to connect to
the Spirit of the earlier artist.
I didn't remember them at 1st glance.
Look like the same time as my 1st book
Storm Hills
Made while living with Tamar & David.
Figures heavily influenced by Peter's.
