Sometimes known as Ron Payton

A very handsome, kind of burly young man from Ohio who had a short Gay porn career more than twenty years ago.  He looks like he may be of French Canadian ancestry, as well as Indigenous American.  I believe he ended up in San Diego after getting out of the Marines, but eventually returned to the Midwest.  He presented himself as Straight, and he performed in Bi-Sexual videos as well as Gay ones.  He even had a Straight scene in a Gay story, SWM: Straight White Male (1998)

I've painted him from other videos and stills, but not from any of the images shown here, at least not yet, except for a couple of paintings based on the picture of him on the red bed from Barracks Glory Hole, near the the top of the page.  Actually, I did do a series of watercolor drawings also from BGH, but from a different part of the video.  I think Mason or Ron has one of the most beautiful faces I've ever seen, but not equally attractive from every angle.  Sometimes during the course of the scene he'll turn his face to or away from the camera and one might gasp: My God he's gorgeous! His neck is very thick, but his head is large as well, and his jaw's so very pronounced, his lips thick and curly. And then there's his brow.....

 Axxon N. was to be the name of a web series on David Lynch .com that would have starred Laura Dern and Justin Theroux. It was written by Lynch but never filmed, but it appears to be the primary inspiration for the long digital feature Inland Empire.  The picture begins with a needle dropping onto a spinning gramophone record disk while an announcer intones: the longest-running radio play in history ... continuing in the Baltic region, a grey winter day in an old hotel...
