Given her Disasters and Fairy Tales series, it should come as no great surprise that Cindy Sherman should have taken up the task of illustrating a favorite of Grimm’s Household Tales, especially one that is so strongly related to the various Bluebeard tales. Rizzoli published this book in a deluxe edition with fifteen color photographs, ten of which are not at all perfectly presented above and another below.
